Domestic Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
- $5 dollars flat rate on orders less than $100.
- Any expenses that is a result of an invalid or incorrect address will be charged to the buyer.
International Shipping
- Shipping fee will be calculated based on buyers location and package weight.
- Customs duties and taxes are shouldered by the buyer.

* All orders placed by 3:00 pm PST are shipped the same day. In an unfortunate event that a product is out of stock, a sales rep will contact you.
Order Tracking:
All orders with a valid email address will automatically receive a shipment notification email that contains the tracking information for the order. You can also check the status of your order here.
Lost/Missing Shipments:
Lost or missing shipments must be reported to us within 3 business days from the date the package was scanned as delivered.
Damaged Shipments:
Please contact us within 3 business days from the date of delivery if you received a damaged product. A return shipping label will be provided and a replacement or refund will be processed once we receive the return.
